I just spent the last two days soaking in the magic of our incredible beauty industry, thanks to the CEW Achiever Awards festivities in NYC.

I am humbled and honored to have received the inaugural Retail Leadership Award from @cewinsider, and even more blown away by the support I received from so many partners and colleagues, including @tarassimon who graciously presented mine.

Today’s luncheon felt especially meaningful because my children - @kaitlyn_dineen_ & @tysonlamm - were by my side. They have always been at the center of my story…and of course my heart.

All of this is underlined yet again by the power of the @ultabeauty team who I get the privilege to represent. This recognition is for them, and I’m so grateful to the members of our team who could be there to celebrate. As I said on stage, the best is yet to come! 🩷

Looking back on this special @ultabeauty week with an immense amount of gratitude. I’m convinced we have the best team in retail, the best partners in the industry, and the best strategy to set us up for continued success.

@ultabeauty was thrilled to launch on @tiktokshop last month - another example of us meeting our beauty enthusiasts where they are! I had the privilege to personally curate a couple of my own beauty and wellness bundles and sell them LIVE on the @tiktok platform today. It was such a blast, and I’m proud to say I sold out!

It’s an exciting time in our digital journey with so much opportunity ahead of us. I’m thrilled to be at the center of beauty and social commerce, and we’re just getting started!

A big thank you to @tarassimon and our wonderful partners at @esteelaudercompanies for having me at their NYC offices. Their Women’s Leadership Network supports and uplifts female leaders across their organization every day, and I was honored to be a part of one of their events yesterday. Tara and I have always believed in the power of women lifting other women, so I couldn’t pass up her invitation to join for this moment.

A fireside chat with Tara and time with some of our ELC partners made for a great afternoon, and I stepped away just as inspired as the attendees in the room. Here’s to what’s ahead for both @ultabeauty and @esteelauder through our powerhouse partnership!

Lauren Brindley and I had the chance to stop into @ultabeauty Store 1647 - Miami, FL, while we were in town for brand partner meetings. GM Alex and her team are doing a beautiful job in this store keeping their guests at the center of their operations!

Thanks for having us as you kick off another great week during this season. As a Spring Break destination, we know you’ve been hustling! 🧡💪

It was great to catch up with @briansozzi at @yahoofinance in NYC. We covered a lot of ground - from the importance of spending time in stores and building a great team to TikTok Shop and tips for a great skincare routine. It’s always fun to talk business, leadership, and beauty all in one conversation.

It’s clear that we’re both enjoying the journey along the way in our respective careers just as much as we look forward to what’s ahead! And as I look at the future for @ultabeauty specifically, I am so energized by the possibilities in front of us because of the 60,000 associates fueling the best beauty experiences every day.
