First picture - 2016, first time in Berlin, at club Chalet. Those who know, will always remember what a crazy place that castle was :)

In my memory, I have things like the wooden floor reeking of alcohol, some of the most alive people I've ever shared a room with, sound system that hit you in the chest and a handful of dear friends there for GFD's very first gig in the city!

I loved every second of it! Look at that face 🤣

Since then, I've been lucky enough to play a few legendary (and a few obscure) underground spots there. Berlin is just special, man!

Not talking only about the parties, but also the people and the whole frequency of the city. There'a never a dull moment!

One spot I always wanted to play but never did is THE BOAT! @hoppetosse.berlin

That changes very soon and I am so excited about it! Especially that it's a @rawaxmusic 15-year anniversary night.

People say the scene in the city is changing and I haven't played there as often as few years back. And what the heck isn't? Nothing is what it was. Anywhere. Progress, regress? What do I know? I spend my life in Ableton.

But here's what I do know it hasn't changed.

Ten years later from my 1st gig in Berlin, my love and passion for this music hasn't moved an inch. @robertdrewek and his labels are still here, still going hard. Hoppetosse is still standing, still a pillar in the underground, and last time I was there to party, it sounded better than ever and the energy was freaking amazing!

That's enough for me :)

People say the scene in the city is changing and I haven't played there as often as few years back. And what the heck isn't? Nothing is what it was. Anywhere. Progress, regress? What do I know? I spend my life in Ableton.

But here's what I do know it hasn't changed.

Ten years later from my 1st gig in Berlin, my love and passion for this music hasn't moved an inch. @robertdrewek and his labels are still here, still going hard. Hoppetosse is still standing, still a pillar in the underground, and last time I was there to party, it sounded better than ever and the energy was freaking amazing!

That's enough for me :)

In my memory, I have things like the wooden floor reeking of alcohol, some of the most alive people I've ever shared a room with, sound system that hit you in the chest and a handful of dear friends there for GFD's very first gig in the city!

I loved every second of it! Look at that face 🤣

Since then, I've been lucky enough to play a few legendary (and a few obscure) underground spots there. Berlin is just special, man!

Not talking only about the parties, but also the people and the whole frequency of the city. There'a never a dull moment!

Extra geek talk:
I usually prefer NO Pioneer mixers but the V10 is a different animal. Pretty fat sound. Fatter than Xone 😥

Though I'm not a big fan of the channel faders and their feeling. Butttt it's an all-around dope mixer! The versatile fx options are mucho fun.

I like the 3 band isolator a lot! For either cutting or boosting. The fat knobs feel great here 😁

I see other people playing on V10s sometimes and they're not even touching the isolator. Like, how are you not gonna use it?? It's definitely made for abusing and sounds great :) Just maybe don't use it Black Coffee style 🤣
