“I felt honored to be part of this sunday meditation ritual by ZERØBPM and take a different approach on taking us on a trip as we enter the last chapter of the year. I had accumulated energy myself I needed to release and translated that into the outcome of sound.”

Performed in daylight within the serene space of de Koepelkerk, her set unfolded as a luminous journey of hopeful, airy tones and gentle movement. Kyra’s performance revealed how sound itself can open into another world.

“I selected sounds based on the time slot I had and the location. It was light while I was playing. I chose for very hopeful, light, trancy sounds, with airy choir vocals as well. For me, that felt like a good match for the building and the time slot I had.”

“I leaned into contrast allowing darker, emotional layers to create space for something lighter. Some of the tracks I played carry memories that are very close to me, weaving past moments into a new journey. “I loved to work so careful with sound palettes and volumes. As the crowd was seated with closed eyes, I really wanted to create something that’s not overwhelming. The preciseness of that, especially compared to club sets, was such a calming experience.”

“It was a very moving experience. At some point I was looking around and felt so connected to the space, the people, this moment in time, but also history. Tears filled my eyes. I felt very grateful to get to experience something like this.”

A deeply intuitive performance that carried the room into a state of calm reflection and inward focus during our ADE marathon.

“I was thinking very much about people meditating to this set, so I played sonic motifs for longer, layering tracks very slowly and thinking about sound loops becoming thought spirals into deeper states of consciousness. Emotionally I was also thinking about slowly uncovering deeper layers of feeling as listeners sink more deeply into both the meditation and the sound as the set unfolds. As when meditating it takes some time to reach a contemplative point where you’re 100% in the moment.”

Next in our Ambient Meditation Series: OOST:FX (Live).

Recorded during our ADE ritual in De Thomaskerk, they guided the night through a continuous 7.5‑hour hybrid live journey. A rare all‑night exploration shaped by patience, warmth, and deep focus.

“We played the night shift for 7.5 hours, which was quite challenging. Guiding all the attendees and keeping the space engaged throughout the night required a lot of energy and attention. The ritual led by Bruno helped us along the way and gave structure to the experience.”
