Daskaran é uma artista punjabi e não-conformante de gênero, residente em Londres. Inspirada por uma vasta gama de influências musicais, desde o rock até às sonoridades mais contemporâneas de rap e trap, ela combina todas estas referências tanto na produção como nas suas atuações como DJ. O seu som transita entre o hard groove, o techno, a percussão de influência latina e o UK garage: animado, curativo e emotivo, ganhando impulso através do contraste e raramente deixando a sala acalmar. Ela vai abrir o That Side para o showcase da @exude_records.

Daskaran is a Punjabi gender nonconforming artist living in London. Inspired by a wide range of musical influences from rock music to the more contemporary rap + trap sounds, she incorporates all of these different references into the both production and DJ sets. Her sound moves across hard groove, techno, Latin-driven percussion and UK garage: bouncy, curative and emotive, building momentum through contrast and rarely letting the room fully settle. She’ll be opening up That Side for the @exude_records showcase.
