"We have a little under 40 people at Frankie's, and all of them are in ApparelMagic at some point."

That's Emma Johnson, Head of Operations at @frankiesbikinis. A decade ago, this was a mother-daughter swimwear project. Today it's an international brand with a Victoria's Secret investment and a product line that's expanded into clothing, activewear, and skincare.

That kind of growth can breaks things. Systems that worked for five people don't often work for forty. Categories that didn't exist last year need tracking this year. And somewhere along the way, you either build infrastructure or you drown in spreadsheets.

Frankies chose infrastructure. Tech packs, B2B eCommerce, Shopify sync, business intelligence - all running through one hub - ApparelMagic.

The onboarding piece matters too. Johnson doesn't have to build a training program from scratch. "I do a mini-training on how we use it specifically. But it helps a lot that I don't have to train someone on a whole platform."

And when they needed custom integrations? "Any coder can come in and read the guides and create a custom integration pretty easily."

The brand that started in a living room now runs 40 people through one system. That's the kind of infrastructure that makes growth look easy.

Today is Memorial Day.

For many, it marks the unofficial start of summer, and for those in our industry, it also means the the juggernaut of resort collections shipping, swim season ramping up, the shift from spring market energy to summer selling. Warehouses are busy. Teams are stretched.

Its a big week here in the AM ecosystem!

Tomorrow we kick off Summit in NYC. We've spent months putting this together: curated sessions, focused roundtables, product deep-dives with the teams who actually built the features. Every part of it was designed to give the brands on our platform the most valuable few days of their year.

What we're most looking forward to is being in the room together. Getting to hear what's working, what's not, and where everyone wants to go next. That's the whole point of this week.
