With more than ten years of experience in holistic wellness, her journey began during a profoundly transformative phase in her life. What started as a personal healing process soon transformed into a passion and purpose.
Garima holds a PhD in Tibetan Sound Healing and was so deeply impacted by these experiences, that it lead her to dedicate her life to holistic wellness.
Her path from healing to teaching and serving is fueled by a strong belief in the power of ancient wisdom to effect meaningful change. Her expertise encompasses Tibetan sound healing, breathwork, pranayama, mastery of Ayurvedic doshas, Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Yin yoga, Hatha yoga, and guided meditation.
