More than an office, this space was designed to work as a live showroom for @cartergrangehomes ✨

Depth in materiality was key for this project. Timber joinery, stone surfaces and a restrained neutral palette create a residential feel that clients can see, touch and experience as they move through the space.

Integrated sample displays and colour palettes allow clients to explore finishes and textures in a real setting, helping them visualise choices and feel confident as they plan their own home.

A soaring multi-level atrium threads each floor together via sculptural, intersecting staircases, while the Southern Hemisphere’s largest glass LED screen and flowing LED installations animate the interior.
