3…Atlantis Press.Free weight pressing is a little risky for me since tearing my tricep 🙏 3 plates is a win for me here.Not too long ago i couldn’t even to 1 plate.Left some in the tank for the first round as tricep was feeling a little “Crampy” ( This tells me to back off 👀 ) But,we threw in a little rest pause for some extra intensity 💯
The Tricep is never going to be 100 % ,but fortunately @ultraflexgymdurham has so many machines / variations / angles,i can find a way to work around it to some degree 🙏

SLAMMING OF MACHINES AND CABLES!
This first quarter of 2026 has see our highest repair bill since we have opened.Anyone who continues to unnecessarily slam machines / weights and cables,will be banned.No excuses.This is getting old now.
Do we expect you to place the weights and machines down “Gently” Of course not,it a gym! But,slamming down machines excessively will not be tolerated.Respect the Equipment!
EXCESSIVE SCREAMING!
If you are training hard,you are going to make some noise.Sometimes a lot of noise.BUT,you don’t need to scream at the top of your lungs.
If i am out the back in my office on zoom call or meeting,and i can hear you LOUDLY from back there.You are being TOO LOUD!
We have had members complaints Regarding this.TONE IT DOWN A NOTCH! Save the oxygen you are wasting for another few reps!
If anyone feels these requests are too much to ask,please discuss it with me personally.

Leg Day tonight.Just an steady one to ease back in as i had to skip leg day last week 👀🤦♂️
Rep 3 on the Temple Gym Old school hack and i felt something “pop” in my knee 🤦♂️
Luckily it was last exercise 🙏
I wasn’t being an idiot just trying to use too much weight.Reps were moving easy.But the knee didnt want to know.
I actually forgot my knee went 2 weeks prior on squats and i had to rack the bar back in mid set 😡
When @nastyleroydavis and the boys are in town to train,the excitement and adrenaline flowing make you forget small details like that 😆
Coming up 49 next month and i would like to be in shape for the Big 50👀
Training has taken a bit of a hit the last year or so due to some injuries and other outside influences out of my control.
Consistency with Nutrition has also taken a hit! Fully accountable and ready to devise a plan to get myself in shape before i hit the Big Five Ohhhhhh 👀😆

People often ask me about GH.I cant use it due to my diabetes.If i COULD,it would be in there @ 2iu daily,just recovery purposes.
The days of wanting to be huge have passed me by,but i still love to train as hard as my body will allow me,and hold some muscle.
Looking to slowly recomp to around 210lbs ( currently a slightly soggy 235 )
Maybe i will document some of it for the memory books,and for some of you guys who might enjoy watching then mission ( I dont do “Journeys” 🤩 )
