Back at the newly rebranded The Rex in Manchester last weekend for Keith & Patrick’s first wedding anniversary 🐝🌷

We originally played for their wedding reception a year ago, so it was really lovely to return and celebrate with them again. The room was filled with paper tulips, honey pots and some brilliantly eclectic music choices - from Max Richter to The Jungle Book to The Teddy Bears’ Picnic!

The guests even joined in with a singalong to Somewhere Over the Rainbow,complete with mini song sheets at every table 🎶 Thanks for inviting us to to be there!

A fabulous day at Casterton Grange for Rachel & Harry 🌸

From a lakeside ceremony surrounded by white lilies and pink blossom, to Espresso Martinis in the Orangery, this wedding had such a relaxed, stylish feel.

Add in a surprise appearance from a wild hare (yes, really 🐇) brilliantly personal music choices and a tattoo parlour, and it was a day full of character.

A full day of music for Megan & Ryan at Soughton Hall 🤍

From welcoming guests before the ceremony to playing them into the wedding breakfast, this was one of those beautifully flowing days where music was part of every moment.

It’s becoming increasingly popular to include a pre-ceremony set, and it’s such a lovely way to set the tone - especially when guests have travelled.

We moved through four different locations across the venue, worked closely with the brilliant team to keep everything seamless, and were even treated to canapés during our break (always appreciated! 😊)

Two of us had the pleasure of recording for the upcoming Channel 4 series ‘Tip Toe,’ and it was such an interesting experience 🎻

Hearing the composer describe what each piece represented before we played really brought everything to life - it’s not often you get that level of insight into the music.

A long and focused session, but a brilliant one 🤍
