There’s a long list of things this band has now achieved that were never in my wildest dreams when it began.

We’ve become bigger than most I grew up listening to. We’ve released more albums than many, in our scene or otherwise. We’ve had to fight for everything, built this fanbase what feels like literally 1 person at a time, over 20 years.

We’ve never been the hypest band, you won’t find our side stages at festivals or guestlist filled with the cool guys desperate to see us/be seen with us. We wouldn’t want it any other way, because we are different, this is real, and built on something more than that.

So here we are, being trusted to headline Brixton Academy - I’m not going to lie, it’s crazy. It’s an honour you don’t just choose, you have to earn the right. But, it doesn’t sell easily, we aren’t that band. You’ve seen the bands that are, and that’s ok, we would love to be that sometimes. But if we were, would it have lasted this long, would it be different - who knows.

Regardless, we are here, and we are doing it in Feb next year. We need your support to make it happen so, if you can, please buy a ticket and whatever happens there will be 6 very uncool, but smiling dudes looking back at you on 20th Feb next year ❤️
