Who plans to participate this year?

Happy May Day! It's 1:00 pm on the 1st of the month and that can mean only one thing: craft night sign-ups are open!

For May we'll be making sun catchers, so when we're in the height of summer and the sun is beating us down, we can still find a way to appreciate its presence!

We'll be meeting May 14th this month from 6-7:30 pm. The cost of materials for these programs means spots are limited and look out because they fill up FAST! If you miss it, any leftover materials will be available at our Open Craft Night on the 20th along with all instructional materials for the craft.

🎲🧙‍♂️Are you a teen ready to run your own D&D game but not sure where to start? ⚔🐉

Join us for DM-ing 101, a beginner-friendly workshop for teens in grades 6-12. Learn the basics of being a Dungeon Master - how to guide a story, manage players, and create a fun game experience. Some experience with D&D is helpful, but not required.

Okay, now a note about location: the book club has decided to spread some of the local business love! This month we'll be meeting at Leanderthal Distillery at 11894 Hero Way W A, just south of the LAC. Leanderthal doesn't have a kitchen but they do welcome outside food, for those of us who are more snack-inclined.

Quick note about some recurring programming that's changing slightly starting this week! Our Adults' Open Craft Night is moving to Wednesdays. Our ESL Conversation Club will now meet every Friday 6:00 pm.
