EPR5: Imaginary System, Lena Rigel’s debut EP on Epiphany Records, With odd measures, church-scale movements and rapid shifts in attention, this EP captures scattered thoughts and delayed emotional processing. Those broken particles may fall impartially like a pixelated shower and consequential decisions are somewhere between moving back and forth, a perfect two odd steps ahead. Sometimes the system gives a power to shapeshift, to wear any mask you want, yet it’s incredibly unsettling and hits like a train wreck. The search for clarity shines through, but is it a good thing, when each revelation drags you further into the derealization?

Out now on the Epiphany Records bandcamp, and all streaming services.

Some lore behind the creation.

Since music is much more than laptop/studio time, I thought I mix some fragments. It's hours of research, trial and error, decision making, conceptual pondering, sound selection, little emotional and technical experiments, venting, reliving memories and reflection on your own growth. It's a whole universe, which Al could never take from us
