I had a very introspective year of the snake, I did so much inner work, meditation, mind practice... always looking what was hidden, under the carpet, behind the fears, covered by ego.
I have been extremely hard on myself, willing to do the work, dig deeper, feel more, knowing my shadows, taking care of old wounds. I had so many healings ceremonies, holding space for myself and others. Now I feel I need to loosen up the reins so I can run better and faster. Lets live this life to the fullest! Lets accept where we are today and bring love to it.
Wishing you a beautifull year of the Fire Horse.

They say everything is vibration.
Dernièrement quelqu'un m'a demandé si je faisais de la musique... avec les bols on joue mais on ne crée pas de la musique...on guerrit, on s'accorde. Et chaque jour je trouve un pretexte pour les faire resonner. Ici je crois que c'est surtout ma relation au son, à la vibration et aux silences que je developpe et cherie.

I remember spending a lot of time at the skatepark when I was a teen but I never saw a women or a girl on a skateboard until this year in Morocco Taghazout. And I could not imagine how much this event changed me. I did not realised that inconsciently I thought it was simply not for me so I never tried until now. Sooooo girls ! Lets be visible, lets take the ramp, lets meet at the park. It has an impact !

I got introduced to Ice bath when I was living in Thaïland. I got hoocked very quick, the hormones, the breath, the regulation. I am someone that used to be very cold all the time and I often struggle to regulate my body temperature. Ice bath was a real game changer for me. I am training for the @wimhofacademy
This one was done in a workshop in Berlin the community is big there s we can go in the frozen lakes in winter.

I am the kind of girl who grabs a tent and walks toward the mountains,
who needs to be held by the silence, alone, tuning herself to nature.

I love to practice survival, filtering water, making fire, learning again the simple gestures that keep life alive. I leave with food, I prepare, I pay attention. I make sure I am never too far from a refuge, in case the rain lingers too long or an emergency comes. I like to be wild, but I do not feel unreasonable. There is care in the way I wander.

I love this idea that I can be with myself.
And yet, when I am there, I am never only with myself.

I am with the stars above my tent,
with the fish moving in the cold streams,
with the birds that call the morning,
with the trees that breathe slowly around me.

I never feel alone in nature.
I feel accompanied, contained by something vast, quiet, and alive.

Japan 2023 . Yugejima
J’ai passé plus d'un mois sur une île au Japon, à habiter chez l’habitant, à me faire des amis, à partager des bouts de vie simples et à la fois extraordinaire. Ça a été une expérience qui a touché mon cœur profondément, quelque chose qui reste ancré en moi et dont je me rappelle encore avec beaucoup de douceur.
Et pourtant, c’est passé si vite. Comme un brin de vie qui s’échappe sans qu’on le voie vraiment venir. Il reste la bougie comme une mémoire vive et douce, sa petite flamme fragile, et cette sensation qu’on aurait juste envie de ralentir le vent… pour que la lumière reste un peu plus longtemps.

J'ai fais voeux d'abstinence,
Ça fait bientôt 1 an, depuis mon retour d'Inde que j'ai decidé de reprendre ma vie en main. De ne laisser ni mes desirs, ni mes ombres, prendre les decisions à ma place. De ne plus être esclave et bourreau de moi même.
Alors voilà, j'ai retiré toute mes distractions. TOUTES ! Et j'ai regardé le desir en face.
Plus de Netflix, Plus de cuite, plus de petards et surtout plus de mec, et plus de sex...
Alors j'ai fais mon yoga et ma meditation tous les jours et j'ai essayé de trouver d'autres manières de me réguler...
Et là ça fait un an et je n'y arrive plus, la vis est trop sérrée. Je n'arrive plus à me detendre, je n'arrive plus à relacher. Je bouille à l'interieur comme un volcan pret à exploser. Le printemps et là et le nouveau moi ne demande qu'à fleurir mais je n'arrive plus à faire tomber les murs que j'ai mis pour me protéger et me confronter à mes désirs.
Alors je pars à Berlin.

Une histoire d'ego à Taghazout.
Changer ne naît pas de la lutte contre soi,
mais de la tendresse offerte à toutes ses parts.
Car le danger n’est pas ces parts que l'on n'aime pas chez nous,
mais bien l’exil auquel on les condamne.
Une etape sur la route de la dissolution de l'ego c'est peut-être lui dire merci pour le role qu'il joue dans nos vies.
