Ran into a guy at the grocery store the other day who informed us that if you add everything up on our menu, it costs exactly one-hundred bones. The guy was like, maybe you could make that a thing, try the whole menu for one-hundred bones. He was even generous enough to SUGGEST bringing a friend or two along, unless you wanted all those sloppy snappers to yourself.

Isaac and I looked at each other (boningly), looked back at the guy, we all took turns looking at each other. We knew we had made a friend. A charming math friend who really liked hot dogs and stuff.

Anyway, we’ll be girlbossing at @oddpitchbrewing today until 8 pm. Get in, loser! We’re getting Pipe Dream. 💅💕✨

WOW don’t shop at B&R horny (Missoula Beverage and Restaurant Supply for the noobs). Or do! Nothing like slurpin down 16 ounces of chili crunch ketchup while we dream of warmer days. It goes down so well. I wanna be locked in a cage of waffle fries with fondue handcuffs. It doesn’t make any sense, but you freaks know what I’m talking about.

Let’s all take a communal bath in some Pipe Dream Slow Braised Beef & Pork Chili and forget about this rainy and cold day. Extra fondue for me! @katieokeefes until 8 pm if you’re nasty.

Two bun sides (?), a weiner, a dollop of chili, a flash of fondue, a squirt of lime crema, a handful of diced onions, a dash of scallions, a powdering of chili cheese dust. I have just described to you the Chili Fondue Dog. And the reward for its capture? All the riches in Scotland. So I have one question: Why aren’t you at Pipe Dream right now?

Yeah, the Chicago Style goes crazy. And yes, I know that the Sonoran makes you wanna freak! But a lot of you are sleeping on the Japan Dog and it’s a damn SHAME. What do know about teriyaki glaze mama? House made wasabi crema gives it a little kick, married with a creamy sesame acid bomb (ume pickled cucumber slaw iykyk) and crispy seaweed flakes. Everything gets a sweet little sprinkle of shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven spice if you’re nasty) to add the perfect savory / chili flavor. Oh how I wish to be a sweet little Japan dog, sizzling on the grill, nestled in a bun. A guy can dream.

We couldn’t be happier or more grateful with the turnout for our first weekend of service. We had to have friends make store runs for us on Friday and Saturday and you all STILL sold us out on Friday! We just wanna make food you’ll think about. Thanks for your support!
