We continue to acknowledge community spaces and collectives that are helping queer individuals find connection, comfort, and visibility in everyday life.

Featuring:

Queer Gully (@queergully ), a growing community space focused on creating safe and affirming experiences for women and trans voices. Through gatherings, awareness programmes, picnics, and social events, they continue to build spaces centred around joy, support, celebration, and visibility for the LBT community. Their work reminds us that community can also begin with simply coming together.

Queer Nilayam (@queernilayam ) began as a small safe space and has steadily grown into a community rooted in connection, courage, and chosen family. Last Sunday, @qconnect_official had the honour of hosting Ek Madhav Baug in Delhi at Lok Kala Manch, and what a deeply moving evening it was for the Delhi queer community.

To witness the powerful performance by @monaambegaonkar was not just theatre… it was emotion, memory, longing, and truth unfolding on stage. Every dialogue felt personal. Every silence felt shared. 💛

This evening would not have been possible without the generous support of Dwijen Dinanath Arts Foundation @ddaf_india and @sharif_rangnekar , the unwavering solidarity of @thehumsafartrustofficial and our outreach partner @queergully who helped us bring our community together under one roof.

Special thanks to our mentor @yadavgautam13 for his support in every possible way.
