My name is Ryan Hing, founder and creative director of @evolve_keepchanging & our new bizz @noi.collective.

Over the past 14 years, I’ve worn many hats within the creative industry 😅 It’s been a rollercoaster of growth, pressure, learning, and all the ups and downs along the way. From managing my own company, building ventures, to freelancing across recognizable brands - every phase has shaped how Ive had to juggle both creativity and business today 📸 💸

Balancing the love for creativity with business leadership isn’t something I was taught from the start - it’s something I’ve grown into. A skill refined through experiences and mistakes. And a lot more to learn.

Super grateful that my ideas have given me such positive experiences thus far 🌏

Final result at the end 🎥 If you have room to “play” planning is not always the key factor. Sometimes just rock up and flow, allow the natural creative energy to kick in ⛽️ 💨 It’s a good way to practice that natural instinct 👁️

Vision is nothing without structure and systems in business 👁️ and it’s never too late. I’ve only started to apply these new tools later in my career and it’s a game changer. Start early and achieve early, start late and you’ll above late ⏰
