Hot and cold therapy isn’t just a trend… it’s biology in motion.

Step outside. 🌿

No phone. No noise. Just you and the earth beneath your feet.

There’s something powerful that happens when your body reconnects with what it was built for. Bare feet on the ground. Sunlight on your skin. Breath slowing down without you even trying.

Grounding, or “earthing,” isn’t just a trend it’s a return. A return to balance. A return to rhythm.

Music is medicine. 🎶

A few years back, I wasn’t sure how many days I had left, let alone if I’d ever dance again. Fast forward to Coachella… I went in thinking I might last a single day. Somehow, by grace and rhythm, I made it through all three.

That weekend wasn’t just music. It was healing in motion. It was my body remembering something my mind had almost forgotten… how to feel alive.

Long before hospitals and prescriptions, cultures across the world gathered around rhythm, drums, voice, and movement. They knew something we’re just beginning to rediscover:

Sound heals. Movement heals. Connection heals.

I used to sing in my hospital room just to get through the night. No stage, no audience, just survival. And somehow, that same tool carried me back into life.

So here’s your reminder:
If you’re hurting, dance.
If you’re overwhelmed, sing.
If life feels heavy, move your body and let the music carry some of it for you.

You don’t need a festival.

18 months ago, this journey felt impossible.

A few years back, I was in the hospital at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center… 108 pounds… unsure if I would even make it through the night.

But every day, I sang.

Not for an audience. Not for perfection.
Just to stay alive. To keep my spirit breathing when my body was struggling.

That music… somehow… led me to Dr. Brennan Spiegel.
And he believed in me before I fully believed in myself.

That belief opened the door to this Master’s program.

Last night, we finished it at the Sofitel in Beverly Hills.
And I stood there… not as a patient… but as someone with a new life.

This journey has introduced me to incredible people, deep purpose, and a calling to serve.

Now I get to give back… helping others navigate their own healing as a nutrition concierge.

I’m grateful beyond words for my classmates, my teachers, my family, and the friends who held me up when I couldn’t stand on my own.

This video is for two things:

I didn’t expect to find healing through something as simple as laughter… but here we are.

They say kids laugh hundreds of times a day, while adults barely scratch double digits. Somewhere along the way, we got serious… and forgot one of the most natural medicines we carry.

Laughter yoga brought that back for me.

It’s not just “laughing for fun” (though it is fun 😄). It’s biology. When you laugh, your body shifts:
– cortisol and adrenaline drop
– oxytocin and endorphins rise
– your lungs expand, oxygen flows, your whole system resets

It’s like hitting a “restore factory settings” button for your nervous system.

And for me, it became something deeper.

There were moments where laughter helped reduce pain, eased tension in my body, and even helped me avoid going to the ER. That’s not something I take lightly. That’s real.
