xCloner v1.4 brings a powerful new feature in Object Mode -
Alpha / Luma driven time!

This new feature allows your selected Time Layer (such as footage, a precomp, animated shape layer etc.) to display a specific moment in time based on Matte Layer Luma/Alpha values. For example, if you animate a shape layer's path over 100 frames, a pixel with 0 alpha/luma will display frame 1, while a pixel with 100% alpha/luma will display frame 100 (and everything in between).

What is xCloner?
xCloner is an After Effects plugin that lets you to clone any type of layer, video, image, shape layers, text, vector etc in one of 5 Cloning Modes. It's an After Effects Effect Plugin, so it delivers excellent performance.

A little bit more traditional this time with a frame by frame route, but what's different is the use of the amazing #cleanupmaster script by @gabriel_gareso 😁

I was able to cut down so much time because truthfully, I got right into cleanup from the second pass, using the PNG sequence as a reference to create the character as I went along.

The 'Create Nulls from Point' button is definitely the standout throughout this project, but in this particular sequence, I gotta give a shoutout to the 'Align points to average' button 🗣️📢. See the dark underside of the sleeves of the arms and pants? They're perfectly combined with the front of the sleeves, and it's because of that button 🙏🏽🤌🏽

Please look forward to the rest of this project 😁 I'm quite proud of it
