When Power for Democracies came to us in April 2025, they needed a web platform – fast. The team had a conference in early June and its site had to be live for the event.
On top of that, they needed hosting that matched the org’s pro-democracy ethos, in a climate where many big brands are bowing to political pressure. That meant nothing owned by Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, or Apple.
Spoiler alert: we did it.👇
To get things moving as soon as possible and de-risk the project, we found splitting the delivery into three parts was the smartest move. This allowed us to launch fast without losing sight of the bigger picture, with a clear plan to evolve the platform in phases.
