Our retreat in June is a unique intersection between Kabbalah learning and the therapeutic practice of Authentic Movement.

Kabbalah learning in the morning, and Authentic Movement in the afternoon, which acts as a tool to integrate and personalize the abstractions of the Kabbalah. Listen to Reb Simona explain her reasoning for pairing the two modalities together, here. 🔊

So far this is the only Jewish retreat I’ve been to that has made this much space the for the body, and personal growth! If you’re a body person, but rarely like Jewish spaces because they’re too textual, and mind-centric, this retreat is probably for you.
