We’re excited to launch @finalframefund, an industry-first post-production film fund.
The initiative is a launchpad for the next wave of culture-defining filmmakers, offering a shared pot of £100k in-kind post-production support to high-calibre short films with international film festival potential. Our advisory board will shortlist the most stand-out projects throughout the year.

Winnie Cheung is a multidisciplinary storyteller whose work spans film, television, installation, and performance. Blending fantastical cinema, commercial aesthetics, and myth-making, she creates sensorial, emotionally intelligent narratives. A Cannes Lions and Ciclope Awards winner, her films have screened at Sundance, SXSW, and Rotterdam.
As an editor, she has collaborated with Nike, Google, and Coca-Cola, working alongside directors such as Michael Barth & Pham, Elena Vazintaris, and Toddy Stewart. With roots in directing and experimental film, Cheung’s intuitive, lyrical approach brings rhythm and depth to both commercial and narrative storytelling.

William McGregor is a BAFTA-winning writer and director from Norfolk, England, known for his lyrical blend of magical realism and fantasy. At 22, he joined The Mill as a commercials director, crafting Cannes Lions–winning campaigns for brands like Cartier, Google, and BMW. His debut feature Gwen premiered at TIFF, winning
two Welsh BAFTAs and earning BIFA nominations. A graduate of the University for the Creative Arts, his student film ‘Who’s Afraid of the Water Sprite?’ won 10 international awards. William has since directed major series for HBO, Netflix, and Apple and continues developing film and long-form projects.

He’s objective within the industry is producing meaningful and impactful content that resonates with audiences as well as finding and nurturing new creative voices.
