HISTORY
The perfect elegance achieved in the form of a cocktail: bubbles give the cocktail its magic, while Engine defines his character thanks to its boldness. Over the years, the Gimlet has crossed the boundaries of the ships to conquer the bars around the world.

INGREDIENTS
50 ml Engine Gin
20 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup

METHOD
Shake and filter Engine and the other ingredients with ice twice into a cocktail glass or flute. Garnish with sage leaf and lemon peel.

CLOVER CLUB

HISTORY
The Clover Club made its first appearance in the early 1900s, originating within the eponymous exclusive club located in the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel in Philadelphia. During this time, the cocktail was a symbol of sophistication and style, loved for its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The club had a distinctive motto that read: "Who enters here leaves care behind, leaves sorrow behind, leaves petty envies and jealousies behind."
Engine’s notes of citrus and rose form the perfect backbone ton this delicate berry forward sour.

INGREDIENTS
50 ml Engine
20 ml lemon juice
15-20 ml sugar syrup
Egg white or foamer

METHOD
Muddle fresh raspberries in a shaker, add other ingredients and shake well. Double strain in a cocktail glass.

ENGINE CLASH

HISTORY This cocktails tropical notes of pineapple are complimented by Engine's herbaceous sage which bring another layer of complexity to the drink. Like a ride on a merry-go-round, like a gymkhana, like a bumper-car ride on a festive day. The name of the drink was inspired by the revolutionary band who sang "Rock the Casbah". The band settled in an abandoned building, which they turned into a rehearsal space, immediately demonstrating their disruptive spirit and need to break the rules, just like Engine.

INGREDIENTS
45 ml Gin Engine 15 ml lime juice 15 ml sugar syrup 3 fresh pineapple cubes

METHOD Crush the pineapple and the sage in a shaker using a pestle, then add all the other ingredients. Shake with ice and strain through a strainer.

AUTOMOBILE

HISTORY
There are several version of this Automobile. We have taken the one contained in "The Artistry of Mixing Drinks", a 1934 book written by Frank Meier, rebalanced it and added a typical Ibiza liquorwhich we also soaked our bolt with. At this point the car has become a convertible spider ready to take us along the coasts of Isla Bianca. Engine’s unique mix of botanicals are all on show in the booze forward serve, with Engine’s notes of sage being the perfect partner to the richness of sweet vermouth.

INGREDIENTS
45 ml ENGINE Gin
30 ml Sweet vermouth
30 ml Benedectine Dashes orange bitters spray
Peated scotch whiskey

METHOD
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice.
Pour into a cocktail glass.

Our “Pretty Fly”: the most passionate dedication to the Mai Tai, an iconic cocktail in the Tiki scene. Engine’s full bodied flavors of juniper, lemon and sage are amplified by sweet notes of almond and orange. The drink’s name, in the Tahitian language, means “out of this world”. Enjoy the getaway in blue lagoons, golden beaches and more or less imaginary paradises with a drink you have to try if you are in the mood for escapism and carefreeness.

10 ml orange curaçao liqueur
15 ml Disaronno Originale
10 ml sugar syrup
20 ml fresh lime juice

METHOD
