Many of them fought for the right to play, and fought to show the world that women’s sports matters. To sit in a sold-out arena surrounded by these women, knowing how much the game has grown because of them… is truly a beautiful experience.

This was my first time seeing a women’s NCAA Championship in person.

My favorite part of the whole experience was seeing so many current and former WNBA players in attendance... encouraging and mentoring the next generation. The game is what it is today because of all of them.
