If the course is dry, I’ll be using the X-One-G Ti. I love how light and compact it is. Conserving energy throughout the 207 miles of Unbound is essential, and the power transfer this pedal provides feels awesome.
If the heavens open and we ride/run through miles of Skippy-like mud, the X-Track Race Carbon Ti will be my pedal of choice. Having two sides to clip into, and knowing the pedal will perform even when caked in mud, makes it the obvious choice for infamous mud-year conditions.
Eyes glued to the weather until Saturday, but rain or shine, my cleats are covered 🚲

🚨J’ai installé les LOOK Geo City Vision sur mon dernier Brompton P Line et le concept est juste fou !
Le fait d’avoir l’éclairage directement dans le mouvement des jambes, ça attire tout de suite l’œil des voitures et des autres usagers. En circulation urbaine, aux intersections ou dans les angles morts, je me sens clairement plus visible sans avoir à ajouter un accessoire de plus sur le vélo.
Et au-delà des lumières, les pédales sont super agréables au quotidien : bonne accroche, plateforme stable, même avec des chaussures classiques. Ça reste discret sur le vélo mais ça apporte un vrai plus quand on roule tous les jours.
