MEET THE FOUNDER | Jack Botti is the creative force and founder behind Rabit Haus. Based in Bend, Oregon with over a decade of professional experience, Jack’s perspective has always been uniquely rooted in rhythm, momentum, and out-of-the-box creativity.
While studying business at Oregon State University, Jack taught himself video production, editing, and the world of creative freelance via YouTube. His passion for action sports kept him in the mountains more than anywhere else - capturing moments on skis that eventually led to collaborations with brands like GoPro and Red Bull. Once an interest that grew into a career, now working for some of the world’s biggest names including Apple, Nike, Omega, and Toyota.
Jack leads Rabit Haus with the same restless energy and dedication that fueled his early days of creating. He’s mastered the art of quick workflows, consolidating commercial-sized production into less than 24 hours. He understands that creating premium content brings real value to a brand. And with that comes immense care. Treating each project like it’s his last.

What started as a small package of deliverables in St. Moritz turned into a 2.5-minute aftermovie that stopped everyone in their tracks. The brief said iPhone assets. We over-delivered in every way possible. When you’re in a place like St. Moritz, how could you not? The story built itself in post, and I can confidently say there’s no excuse to lack of storyline when you’re in post production. There’s ALWAYS something to pull from, something to build from, something to create a narrative out of. This takes repitition. That film landed us one of the biggest projects we’ve done shortly after.
Going above and beyond isn’t a strategy or a forethought. It’s just who we are.

Every “yes” carries your time, your energy, and your standard. Giving it out too freely dilutes all three. The art is in recognizing what aligns with your vision and having the discipline to walk away from what doesn’t. That’s how you stay sharp, focused, and build something that actually lasts. This project was one of the heaviest lifts we’ve taken on. Five days, nearly 100 hours, 200+ exports, and a team that refused to let the standard slip no matter how thin things got. We’re proud of what came out of it. But there’s a difference between working hard and being overworked. We’ve built our name by going above expectations. Moving fast. Staying lean. Delivering at a level that speaks for itself. That only works when there’s mutual respect. When trust replaces micromanagement. We’ll always push. That’s who we are. But we’re just as intentional about where that energy goes. On to the next.

Three nights. Three events. One crew.
We spent the week in LA running a triple header for Apple Music. No excess, no overbuild. Just a tight system, and dialed crew of TWO. Understanding your deliverables is key. For each event, we had 5-10 minutes with the artists in the studio. We knew exactly how to execute in a short time frame. That is definitively mastered through trial and error. We tailored the set production to the theme of each artist’s album. This isn’t something that’s requested, it’s how we separate ourselves from the rest. That’s the game. Staying lean enough to move fast, but sharp enough to make every frame count. You don’t need more people. You need the right people.

The “Road to Palisades” social campaign for Toyota was easily one of the most rewarding spots I’ve worked on. With 2.5 days shooting and countless hours in post, we couldn’t have been more happy with the result. I was given a loose concept to build from, then total creative freedom from there.
There comes a point where doing it “the right way” stops being enough. The only option left is to create something that hasn’t been done before. This project pushed us there. The “Toyota Logo” transition was an attempt to break through what I’ve already seen and to make something that feels new. A rough idea, a handful of references, and literally one chance at the capturing the live action take.
That’s the game we’re in. Not chasing what works, but creating what’s next. Every. Single. Time.

Exceeding expectations is the single most important thing you can do in this industry. We bring that energy into every project, which is why we believe we are the best in the business at turning around premium content on-site. This was our first project with a new client, meaning the stakes are high. They take a risk on us to perform, and we are expected to deliver at a high level. And we did.
This was a project where understanding your deliverables is VITAL. When an asset is due in real time or within the same day, the approach is extremely different than a normal production. I briefed every member of our team directly on this workflow and prepped my timeline as much as possible, while still understanding potential variables and changes that inevitably happen on site. All 5 members of this team listened and executed. We turned this piece around the night of the event. To this day, we have an incredible relationship with this client because they understand our capabilities and we’ve proved ourselves over and over again.

Growing up in a small town, I had nobody to rely on or mentor me. I took inspiration from online and applied it locally. Like many of you, I started out working for local breweries, restaurants, real estate agents, ski resorts, and tourism boards before expanding my services outside of town. Small market, traditional thinking, and a ceiling on how far creativity could go. Where I’m from, the industry hasn’t fully caught up yet. Most brands are still operating in an older mindset - slower to adapt, slower to evolve. Pushing things forward takes time, and more importantly, energy. This project started as something simple. A standard, safe concept. But with the right pressure and intention, even that can be elevated into something more. The result could’ve been better, it always can be. That market has some catching up to do.
Nonetheless was happy to see these ads all over town.

I began ski racing at the age of 7 and, somewhat unconventionally, continued competing through both high school and into college. During college, our team (made up of 4 of my best friends) won the division conference.
It wasn’t until AFTER I stepped away from racing that I secured a sponsorship with my favorite ski brand. Through my creative work, I was able to build a relationship with a company I had aspired to be part of my entire life. In the years that followed, my friends and I were kitted head-to-toe in the latest seasonal gear, and in return, I consistently delivered stupid amount of content. Especially since my friends and I were skiing and filming all the time anyways.
This ultimately led to a paid project at the 2025 World Championships in Saalbach. It was a full-circle moment—reconnecting with my athletic career through a new lens.
Always exceed expectations.

I was on an airport layover when I met someone that was part of the trajectory toward Rabit Haus. Fast forward, that random conversation turned into premieres, red carpets, high-pressure nights, and work with HBO Max. The kind of rooms you don’t really plan your way into. I was ready to talk. Ready to show up. Ready to carry myself like I belonged in every room. Keep showing up like it matters. Because it does. Every conversation. Every interaction. Every in-between moment. You’re always one random encounter away from changing everything.

Opportunities don’t always look like opportunities at first. Sometimes they look like long days, dysfunctional situations, and work that no one wants to do. But if you show up and do it right anyway, the right people notice. And when they do, that’s what turns a moment into something long-term. That’s exactly what happened with this client.
We focus on the only thing we can control - the work. Every frame, every turnaround, every interaction. We treat it like it matters more than what was asked of us. Because it does. We aren’t there to just check a box, we are there to leave an everlasting impression.
Over time, that kind of intention speaks for itself. It builds trust without needing to explain it. It shows people exactly who you are through what you deliver.

Anonstories oferuje doskonałe rozwiązanie do ukrywania swojej tożsamości.
