Happy April 1st!!

We are so excited to introduce our newest class format - 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 💪

Starting April 6th, our 8:00AM classes will now be Power Hour - think structured programming meets open gym freedom

We’ll have our WOD (workout of the day), a coach there to demo, offer support, guidance, safety, and scaling, while you get to move at your own pace & flow 😅

Our Power Hour is open to members & non-members. If you’ve been looking for a gym that offers programmed workouts, while getting to focus on yourself, this is a great option for you!

This isn’t your typical group class and that’s the very point. We’re excited to offer this to our community and create an intentional, yet flexible workout for all, before the work day begins 🏋️‍♀️ #WickedFit #SanDiego #Community #WOD #NewMonthNewGoals

We are so excited to welcome our new coach, Katherine, to the Wicked Fit team!

Katherine has been into sports and fitness for as long as she can remember—soccer, track, ultimate frisbee, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu (she is currently a purple belt). She also has a long-standing relationship with the weight room and a strong appreciation for a good workout 💪

Katherine spent years coaching and leading group workouts. She loves helping people feel more confident and capable. She is big on creating a positive, welcoming environment where people can challenge themselves, support each other, and enjoy the process.
