It’s been a minute since The 3% Movement stopped hosting our big conferences. We’ve been using that time to witness the changing world of remote work, holding company mergers, massive layoffs and other uncertainties facing creative souls.

In support of whatever is next, in the world and for us as individuals, we’ve banded together to form a coaching coalition comprised entirely of certified coaches from the creative industry. Our research shows that 42% of creatives have never had a single coaching session. And virtually all of them would welcome a coach. The biggest perceived impediment? Cost.

Why should only top brass have access to trusted thought partners? How revolutionary will it be when each one of us is clear on our values, our vision, and has someone solidly in our corner to help us navigate change? Democratizing coaching is the vision of The 3% Coaching Coalition.
