The University of Hawaii Army ROTC program has reached a significant readiness milestone by integrating the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) system into its pre-commissioning training model through a collaborative effort. During the program’s annual awards ceremony last Thursday, Sgt. 1st Class Benjamin Morris of the 4960th Multifunctional Training Brigade, 9th Mission Support Command, was formally recognized for his role in coordinating H2F resources for the graduating class.

His work helped establish a joint framework designed to enhance officer preparation by combining the specialized training capabilities of Sgt. 1st Class Morris and the 4960th Multifunctional Training Brigade with the institutional structure of Cadet Command to improve physical and nonphysical readiness before future leaders commission as Army officers.

Soldiers assigned to the 9th Mission Support Command received a message on grit and resilience from 100th Battalion Chaplain Cpt. Kyle McCool while actively supporting Typhoon Sinlaku recovery operations in Guam and Saipan.

McCool spoke to Soldiers about perseverance, service, and remaining resilient during challenging missions as recovery efforts continue across the islands.

For many 9th MSC Soldiers, the mission carries personal meaning. Many serve in the same communities they call home, supporting neighbors, friends, and family members impacted by the storm — embodying the spirit of living here and serving here.

The 9th MSC remains committed to supporting the people of Guam and Saipan throughout ongoing recovery efforts.

At LANPAC 2026, Brigadier General Katherine A. Trombley, Commanding General of the 9th Mission Support Command, delivered a powerful Commander’s Corner presentation focused on readiness, operational integration, and the critical role of Army Reserve forces across the Indo-Pacific.

Speaking to senior military leaders, partners, and defense professionals, Brig. Gen. Trombley emphasized that the 9th MSC is not a force waiting to mobilize from the continental United States, but an operationally integrated command already forward-positioned throughout the theater.

Highlighting the command’s unique geographic footprint, cultural ties across the Pacific, and specialized sustainment, engineering, medical, and combat capabilities, she underscored the importance of speed, adaptability, and logistics in preparing for Large Scale Combat Operations. Her message was clear and direct: “We are forward. We are integrated. And we are ready.”

Duty called before the graduation stage, and Sgt. Elwin Quitano answered.

While many graduates celebrated commencement with family and friends, Quitano stood shoulder to shoulder with fellow Soldiers in Saipan, supporting temporary roofing operations following Super Typhoon Sinlaku.

On May 10, 2026, Sgt. Quitano earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration. Although he was unable to attend his official graduation ceremony, his leadership in Saipan made sure the achievement was recognized with a mock commencement ceremony among his team.

“Graduation was a milestone I’m truly thankful for, but being here in Saipan supporting recovery efforts reminded me there’s always more work to do. I’m grateful for the opportunity to use my skills in service of something bigger than myself.”

Congratulations to Sgt. Quitano on this incredible achievement and for exemplifying dedication to both education and community service.

This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
