Anthony Albanese
Building Australia’s future. 🇦🇺
Prime Minister of Australia. Grayndler MP. Authorised by Anthony Albanese, ALP, Canberra.

That’s money back in your pocket every year.
Because helping with the cost of living is our number one priority.
We’re building more homes right across the country, like these 100 new homes ready to go here in Prospect, built with the Housing Australia Future Fund.
But we know more supply is only part of the answer.
That’s why we’re changing unfair tax breaks for investors to make the housing system better for first home buyers.
And helping more Australians buy a home with just a 5% deposit.
Because if you work hard and save, you should have a fair go at owning a home.

Changing the tax system to help more young Australians into their first home.
Thank you for having me on in Tassie this morning @hit1009hobart and @triplemhobart.

More homes = more affordable housing.
That’s why we’re opening up this Defence site we no longer need in Hobart for up to 1000 new homes.
But building more homes is only part of the plan.
5% deposits for first home buyers. More homes being built. And changes to housing tax breaks to make the system fairer.
Because buying your first home shouldn’t feel impossible.

Nine months ago, these homes were still under construction.
Now, 45 new social and affordable homes in Melbourne are ready for people to move into funded through our Housing Australia Future Fund that the Coalition want to abolish.
We’re throwing everything we can at housing.
5% deposits for first home buyers. Fairer housing taxes. And more homes being built right across the country.
Because everyone deserves a place to call home.

Last week, I met James at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
He’s one of many children whose lives have been changed by the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.
Tonight, we celebrated the people helping change and save young lives every day at MCRI.
For 40 years, their work has given families hope in the hardest moments and given children the chance to live healthy, happy lives.
That’s why I’m proud we’re investing in the next generation of child health research at MCRI.

Good luck at the Eurovision Grand Final, @deltagoodrem 🇦🇺
You’ve already made Australia proud. We’ll all be cheering you on.
We’re doing everything we can to keep fuel going to where it’s needed.
We’re acting to give young Australians a fair go and to build more homes.

Matt and Mika can walk to work, put pictures on the walls, and have their dog Pikelet by their side.
All because we helped them buy with a 5% deposit.
Now we’re doing even more to help, changing property investor tax breaks to level the playing field for first home buyers.

This is Pikelet. She is excited to live in her own home with Matt and Mika in Canberra as one of the 250,000 first home owners who have now benefited from our 5% deposit scheme. 🏘️
The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
