Most women don’t open an app looking for mental health support.

They come with a question about their pump. A clogged duct. A supply concern. The emotional disclosure follows — through the already-opened door.

Our CSO @morgan.e.rose and Lauren Scocozza of @willowpump wrote about what postpartum support actually looks like when it works, and why the six-week checkup was never enough.

It’s official!! Ema is the AI behind @julie
We built the tech powering “Ask Julie,” and @fortunemag just told that story better than we ever could. With 50k women visiting Julie’s site every month with questions about their health, Ema & Julie just gave them a safe space to ask away.

Our work at Ema has always been about more than a single interface.

As we’ve scaled to 10M+ real-world health conversations, the technology behind the scenes has matured into something broader: an emotionally intelligent AI infrastructure purpose-built for the complexities of healthcare.

Ema is the flagship solution we made for women first, and Ema EQ represents everything that comes next. By grounding high-fidelity AI in clinical frameworks, we provide the intelligence layer that helps health organizations navigate what’s next for their patients. Be it women, men, children, or anyone in between.

Care is complex. Our architecture is built for it.

You don’t need a checklist to know your body. You need time, attention, and trust.

We teamed up with Mamaya Health to reframe breast cancer awareness — not as a box to tick, but as a way to stay connected to yourself through every shift: hormonal, emotional, physical.

Breast self-awareness means learning your normal. Noticing patterns. Spotting changes early. And being met with care, not dismissal, when you do.

This is care designed for how women actually live — layered, busy, intuitive, and smart.

💗 Tap the link in bio to read the full piece and explore the shift from breast self-exams to self-awareness.

✨Ema got her Forbes moment✨

And it’s the kind of coverage that reminds us why we’re building this in the first place.

AI in healthcare has ignored women for too long… trained on biased data, missing nuance, and underestimating symptoms. Ema is here to change that. Built by women, guided by empathy, and governed by clinical standards, she’s not just tech. She’s infrastructure for better care.

Huge thank you to @stengel.geri for capturing the story with care.

Big moves for Ema. ✨

Our founder Amanda has been named one of only three U.S. entrepreneurs selected for Reckitt, alongside partners who are as serious about impact as we are. With support from @reckitt_us, @acumenorg , and Entrepreneur in Residence @serenawilliams, we’re bringing women’s health the focus and firepower it deserves.

Care built for women isn’t a dream. It’s happening. And this is just the beginning.

@free.to.feed is now AI-enabled and powered by Ema.

Led by @trillitye Paullin, Ph.D. and alongside @stanford, Free to Feed helps parents decode infant food allergies. Now, with Ema’s AI infrastructure, they’re scaling that mission, turning parent-reported symptoms into structured insights for better diagnosis, guidance, and care.

This integration bridges one of pediatric health’s most overlooked gaps: what parents see vs what gets diagnosed.

Together, we’re moving faster toward outcomes that reflect families’ real experiences.

Grateful to build alongside @morgan.e.rose, Dr. Trill, and the Stanford University Data Science for Social Good Program..
“Alongside Stanford research assistant Miguel Esteban Villarreal Rodriguez, MD, the team is tackling one of pediatric health’s most frustrating disconnects: the gap between what parents report and what’s formally diagnosed.”

I didn’t want to leave Texas.

I built Ema and a life in Houston. I  even had both of my kids there. But after Dobbs, and after my own high-risk pregnancy, I realized something painful and simple:

You can’t build the future of women’s health in a state that criminalizes various women’s health procedures (AND the clinicians that practice these procedures).

Today, I published this piece in the Houston Chronicle about why are moving Ema’s HQ out of Texas, and what reproductive policy has to do with tech talent, mitigating company risk, and the kind of leadership today’s workforce expects.

This wasn’t a political move. It was a survival one… to protect all the “stakeholders” of Ema, and the science of women’s health!

Most teams assume AI = chatbot.
But what if you thought of it like salt?
Subtle, powerful, and better when baked into the whole dish.

The best AI isn’t tacked on — it’s embedded. In your nav. In your comms. In your care plans.
Anywhere a real user need exists.

✨Don’t build for the demo. Build for the daily use.✨

Women’s health isn’t niche. It’s the blueprint.

Our Co-founder & Chief Brand Officer, Karishma Patel, just published a piece in @femtechworld on why designing for women isn’t “specialized” — it’s the highest standard.

From mental load to micro-decisions, this is what tech needs to get right if we want to build for real life.

Tap the link in bio to read the full piece.
Then send it to someone who gets it.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
