We made it to YEAR 5 and 2026 is officially the year of upgrades! We’ve got a fresh new look coming, but don’t worry, it’s still very much us. We’ll have a few subs, many new flavours, but all with the same love. 🥪🍦🫶

Our shop signage is getting a glow-up, so catch one last look at the old logo before it disappears, then stop by to say hello to the new one. Out with the old, in with the bold.

This weekend was a huge one for us as we reopened our pop-ups in Thornbury and Creemore, and introduced our new smash burgers in Thornbury for the very first time 🍔🍦

It was so lovely seeing familiar faces again, along with so many new ones too. We hope you enjoyed your time with us as much as we enjoyed scooping for you.

We apologize for confusing a lot of you with one of our most recent reels. We’re here to clear the air and address the elephant in the room… 👀

It’s not Caesar salad ice cream. 😭

It’s actually one of our three Flavours of the Month for May, Afternoon Tea! ☕🍦

The base is a floral Earl Grey ice cream, which you can see being steeped directly into cream and milk at the beginning of the video. Then we fold in chunks of our buttery lemon scones (not croutons), strips of in-house candied orange (not cheddar cheese), and poppy seeds. 😂

We can confirm there is:
❌ no romaine
❌ no parmesan
❌ no salad dressing

Just a really good Earl Grey ice cream that’s become a returning summer favourite here at Good Behaviour.

Now that it’s back, this is your sign to try it by the scoop or pint at all three shops!

The countdown to our Creemore summer pop-up is officially on! 🍦☀️😍

We’re back starting Friday, May 15 at the same spot as last summer, in the garden between @heirloom142 and @lagomdesignshops.

Here are our Creemore hours for now, with extended summer hours coming July 1st:

Fridays: 3pm - 7pm
Saturdays: 12pm - 7pm
Sundays: 12pm - 7pm

And since we’re back in Creemore, we had to bring back a returning favourite with our friends at @heirloom142 and @lagomdesignshops, Midsummer Dream! 🍒

Inspired by Scandinavian summer traditions, this seasonal flavour starts with a lingonberry and cardamom base, swirled with strawberry compote and layered with crunchy rye crumble for an earthy, toasted finish.

This flavour will be very limited as we continue to try and get more lingonberries (very hard to get!). You’ll be able to grab Midsummer Dream at our Creemore pop-up, as well as in pints and scoops at all other GB locations while supplies last!

CREEMORE… WE’RE BACK! 🍦☀️

Our summer ice cream pop-up officially returns this Friday, May 15, and we’re ready for another season of scoops in the garden.

We’ll be serving our custard-based ice cream flavours all summer long, plus bringing a selection of pints with us too.

We had our teams in the Millennial PR and Gen Z departments, as well as Eric’s 10 year old daughter, craft a marketing message to promote our Dragon Poop ice cream, and this is what they came up with! 👀🍦

One thing they could all agree on, just expressed in very different ways, is that this flavour is the ultimate scoop… colourful, delicious, and undeniably fire. 🔥🍓🍌

And yes… delivery is finally back again. We missed her too. Enjoy a pint today through pickup and delivery!
