I got into this industry because I wanted to write and direct, but for the last 20 years, I’ve built my career working as a Visual Effects Supervisor and artist to pay the bills. Just a few months ago, I received Emmy honors for my work on Severance as a VFX artist, and I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with incredible filmmakers over the years on 29 feature films, including 7 Sundance films. However, this fellowship is by far the most meaningful achievement in my career. For the last eight years, I’ve made a continuous effort to focus more on telling my own stories. I earned my MFA in Screenwriting from @vcfafilm in 2021, and I’ve been quietly writing as much as I can. I have so many stories I want to share with the world. As I often tell my students, I believe that working relentlessly hard and approaching life with kindness will pay off. I work hard every day to improve my craft, and having my work recognized through this fellowship is so incredibly validating. To see my writing resonate with readers means everything. A big thanks to all my supporters and collaborators. 💻🎥🙌🏽

I’m truly honored, and it’s still kind of surreal! I had a dream over 20 years ago to be part of a team that won an Emmy. I also dreamed of working with ILM in some capacity since I was a kid. Those dreams became a reality—an incredible experience working with such talented artists. I’m grateful for the opportunity and was happy to work for 5 weeks on this show! And last week I got to meet @brittle in person! Not only is she an amazing actor, writer, and director. She is so kind. She thanked me for my work on the show. Oh, and she has the cutest little dog. But just as I tell my students, once you achieve one goal, there are always new goals to unlock and strive for 🙌🏽. I’ve been writing more over the past five years, and received my MFA in Screenwriting in 2021. My new goals are to make a feature film and more short films.

I’m absolutely thrilled and honored to be a top 10 finalist in The Missouri Stories Screenwriting Fellowship! A huge congratulations to the other finalist as well, and good luck! I’ve never felt more seen in my life. Over the last several years, I’ve been working incredibly hard to focus more on writing and directing. I’m really grateful to help other filmmakers tell their stories, but I have my own stories I want to share with the world as well. I’ve been carving out time late at night to write as much as I can on my screenplays for quite some time now. Thank you for this opportunity @mofilmoffice!

It’s bittersweet to leave the last @sundanceorg in Park City, but I’m grateful for a wonderful trip and #chasingsummer premiere! I always dreamed of working with the visionary @josephinejambox, and that became a reality! I also got to work with so many other incredible artists, including the hilariously brilliant @ilizas, and make so many new friends. Thanks so much for having me on the team! I’m lucky to say this is the seventh Sundance feature I’ve had the pleasure to collaborate on, and the nerve-wracking excitement of seeing your work on a big screen at Sundance never gets old! 🙌🏽

Looking forward to going home to my family and students. See you in Boulder sometime (🤞🏽). Also, so happy some of my students had the opportunity to work on it.

I’m super excited to be working on my 7th Sundance film in 11 years! Extra special this time because #ChasingSummer was shot in my own backyard — St. Louis and directed by brilliant@josephinejambox 🤯!

Writing by and Starring the incredibly talented @ilizas

Honored to be working with so many talented artists!

Finally had some time to play around with some test footage I shot and learning to grade in Resolve. Fujifilm X-H2s, SIRUI 40mm T1.8 anamorphic lens. The first video camera I owned was the Panasonic DVX 100b in 2006, and later added a Letus 35mm adapter. The X-H2S blows me away. The 20 year old me would be so confused at this tech. 19 years later, still trying to get that film look 🙂. #fujifilm #xh2s #film #cinematography #davinciresolve

Last week, I posted an actual video of me shooting, and many people thought I used VFX to make it, haha. Well, here’s a follow-up video that I did create in 3D. Enjoy. #basketball #ballislife #shootersshoot #animation #cinema4d #maxon #redshift #gsgdaily #c4d #3d #b3d

I’m super honored that an animation student of mine created this thank-you illustration in the style of an animated series he’s working on. Thanks, Joshua Eddison. I look forward to seeing your series on TV one day. #film #animation #filmschool

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
