Sometime around 2011, we all quit acting to form a professional bowling team “The Alright Alright Alrights” (@officiallymcconaughey was our coach… more of a SPIRITUAL coach). Then Oscar got a role in STAR WARS and that was it… our dreams were dashed. I know Oscar is in a new show called BEEF… it reminded me that I still have beef with HIM… I wonder if that’s what this Netflix show is about. I know one day we’ll have a laugh about this but right now, 15 years later, it’s still too fresh 😞

Coyotes are vital for a healthy eco-system. So, let’s do our part to protect them. Please don’t leave cat or dog food outside, keep your animals safe indoors, and no matter how skinny they may look… never feed them.

When we first met, we all bonded over our love of 80’s & 90’s creature feature movies… the big swings between horror and comedy, the jump scares parlaying into fits of laughter. They are fun to watch, but REALLY hard to make. You have to be totally in control of the story, the cinematic approach, the needle drops, the performances… it takes an obsessive person, a real FAN of movies to take something like this on. And for the actors, it takes trust. “Are we going too far here?? Is this funny or totally ridiculous??” Colin is a visionary. A true partner. A great. Our favorite. One of the many gifts Jane Goodall left us: the belief that even in the darkest times, there is always hope.

Meet Stank, a movie-loving burnout I got to play in @thatkevinsmith’s latest gem #430Movie now available on @plutotv. It’s a coming of age story about a movie-loving kid from suburban New Jersey in the 1980’s falling in love for the first time… a story I very much relate to :)

Kevin assembled a really great group of young actors, led by @austinzajur (so fun to spar with in this scene :) I always love getting to collaborate with Kevin because he just loves to play and tell stories. There’s a whimsy and a purity to his process that I really connect with - and he’s always so kind to let me take some bigger swings - whether they work or not haha. When I was a teenager in the 90’s falling in love with movies and the idea of one day being apart of movie-making, Kevin’s were (and are) instrumental in that formative time. So grateful that I get to now regularly collaborate with the guy who made “Clerks” “Mallrats” and “Chasing Amy”. Our next project together is one I’m really excited about.  It’s another love-letter to movies; an homage, a new story and an extension of one we’ve told before… how’s that for a little tease?? 🙊
