Last night, Frasca Food and Wine was honored with the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Restaurant Award.

To say we’re thrilled is an understatement. This afternoon, our hearts are full - with gratitude, humility, and awe.

We’re grateful to our guests, our team, and our community. For 21 years, you’ve supported a little restaurant on the corner of 18th and Pearl, inspired by the traditions and hospitality of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. You believed in us, and because of that, Frasca became more than a restaurant. It became the root of something bigger.

There would be no Pizzeria Alberico, Tavernetta, Sunday Vinyl, Osteria Alberico, or Tavernetta Vail without Frasca. And there would be no Frasca without you.

Thankful for many moments in my life but over time some just seem to simmer to the top and 24hrs away with my babe to celebrate 10 years willl no doubt become one of those.Anyone with kids will know it is hard to get away together. Always a hand off of responsibilities and coverage to keep everything on the tracks and anything beyond a dinner, walk or bike ride is hard to get it.Taking turns making moments becomes the routine. This was the first trip just the 2 of us since 2019 and was a beauty.Dead and Co at the sphere was an incredible/amazing way to celebrate 10 years together.Much like trying to get a pic of a sunset it’s impossible to explain the beauty of it and how impressive it was. The sound, graphics and atmosphere were over the top!

Thankful for many moments in my life but over time some just seem to simmer to the top and 24hrs away with my babe to celebrate 10 years willl no doubt become one of those.Anyone with kids will know it is hard to get away together. Always a hand off of responsibilities and coverage to keep everything on the tracks and anything beyond a dinner, walk or bike ride is hard to get it.Taking turns making moments becomes the routine. This was the first trip just the 2 of us since 2019 and was a beauty.Dead and Co at the sphere was an incredible/amazing way to celebrate 10 years together.Much like trying to get a pic of a sunset it’s impossible to explain the beauty of it and how impressive it was. The sound, graphics and atmosphere were over the top!
