It’s tough seeing someone you care about going through a hard time - you can feel pretty helpless, right? 😔 But the good news is, there are ways you can try to support them.
Comment “friend” below and we’ll DM you some tips on how to be there for someone who’s struggling.
"My why dates back to losing my cousin Ged to suicide in 2018. I’m wanting to move from that day to something more hopeful and to giving others back their tomorrow. So when they're in their darkest moments they will have Mind to reach out to and get help and support.”
Ruth has completed 350 miles in 6 days in aid of Mind from her hometown in Durham on cycle and foot ending with the London Marathon.
Incredible achievement and she’s raised over £70,000 for Mind over numerous fundraising events and ending with the finale of the 2026 London Marathon.
Thank you Ruth from the bottom of our hearts! You are an inspiration!

Thank you to these brave mothers for sharing for Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week. It’s important we raise awareness of maternal mental health. Too often women can feel the need to be seen as coping, when in reality many women can struggle with their mental health around pregnancy and after birth.
It’s also never too late to access help for your mental health. It doesn’t matter what stage of the journey you’re on. If you’re struggling it’s important to reach out. You are never alone. There is someone to listen, someone to guide you to any help or support you may need.

#ad With someone by your side, even the toughest miles become possible 💙
It’s been three years since I last ran the TCS London Marathon, and it meant a lot to be back out there, joining at mile 24 with @theftdbrothers, @paigedana_, and @mattjphipps. Running side by side with them wasn’t just about the miles; it was about what it represents.
We ran together to raise awareness for Mind’s Side by Side peer support platform, supported by Buxton Water. A space where people can connect, support one another, and take positive steps forward with their mental health.
Because the truth is, whether it’s 26.2 miles or everyday life, no one should do it alone.

We love a bit of good news but let’s not forget the people waiting for support, the people needing better quality care and the staff who are often overworked and under supported.

This hate must end.
If you’re struggling today, please reach out to our close friends at @jami_uk or our Infoline. Tap the link in our bio to find our details. You are not alone.
The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
