Didn’t get the commercial but I did get a quiet day doing only what I felt like yoga, smoothies, pool lounging and sipping hard kombucha while reflecting on my life. The way everyday this last year has been a brushstroke, and finally when you step away you start to see the picture. I think life ends when you can predict exactly what it will look like in 2, 5 and even 10 years. My life is definitely not that. It’s its own thing, and it’s all mine.
We live in a world where we are exposed to other people’s opinions for almost every single waking moment. I urge people to take some time and separate which opinions, wants and needs are actually theirs. That requires you to know yourself pretty well.
