Before he was ever torturing celebrities on a fake talk show or making strangers chug ranch, Eric attended Berklee College of Music, specializing in upright bass. His latest effort is a return to those roots. 'Film Scores' was recorded with full orchestras in Budapest and Los Angeles to set the scene for the 16mm masterpieces that exist only in Eric’s mind.

“Doom Mood, spiraling out again…” @pearlandtheoystersband’s “Doom Mood’ video is out now, from Juju and Jojo’s new album ‘Monkey Mind’, releasing June 26th on #StonesThrow.

“We felt a need to tap into a certain urgency and honesty, as a result of our growing malaise with a cultural climate plagued by digital alienation and generative AI slop,” the duo says. The result is an urgent document of its time and “hopefully kind of like a giant hug”. ‘Monkey Mind’ was produced with @jonathanrado.

Mint green vinyl is up for pre-order exclusively from the Stones Throw store now.Juju and Jojo embark on a North American tour beginning in July with more dates to be announced.

Listen to @sofieroyer’s new song “Cowboy Mouth”, made together with longtime collaborators @reboundernyc.

Inspired by punk and films like Cronenberg’s Maps to the Stars and Lynch’s Lost Highway, the sound pays homage to Sofie’s origins as a musician and stays true to how she writes her demos; piano as the lead instrument, her fingernails clicking against the keys.
