The TED conference is officially headed to San Diego as the new new home of the annual flagship conference starting in 2027, so we thought we would give them a little taste of the SD life. 😌

At @ted 2026 in Vancouver, we helped @visitsandiego launch Flipfloptimism: basically, if San Diego optimism and sunshine became footwear.

Part flip-flop, part mindset, and 100% biodegradable, these limited-edition sandals, made with Algenesis Labs, are crafted from plant-based materials proving sustainability and innovation can absolutely show off.

You can skip the morning affirmations - these say it with every step.

You want to snowboard, he wants to ski…. so why not do both? Zakhary Mauser and India Marie kicked things off in the ocean and made their way from the mountains to the snowboard, all in one trip powered by Electric for All and Veloz.
