Oceans of gratitude for those that have helped me along the way, taken chances on me and kept me around and falling down. It’s a privilege and blessing to work with all of you and learn at the feet of so many masters.

Join me for my Plyo day? Here’s a little reel from last weeks legs/ plyo day. After a solid warm up/prime (I’ll post that later) I do everything you see you here in 4 sets of 8 reps. Mostly. Some sets only get 6 reps depending on the output of the exercise. Then I finished it off with some tricking. This is not paid, though I wish it was lol. I just really dig these new shoes from @bornprimitive and would happily rep more of their gear. That being said, they are definitely better training/ lifting shoes than tricking shoes. But I enjoyed the feel for plyometrics as I felt like I didn’t lose much energy into a bunch of squishy foam and was able to really drive through my toes into the floor. Stoked to head back to weights now for a few weeks after the jumps. Hmu if you’re curious about my routine or training splits.

It’s a rare and exceptional experience getting to choreograph something that allows for running and gunning with a need for accuracy, speed and proper handling of firearms. I hope you enjoy my little edit from the last session. Looking forward to the next one!
