Today was chest day. Couldn’t record all the workouts because the gym was super packed 😤 Finished the session with burpees.

Quick reminder:

I haven’t been in the gym since my son was born in December, and I hadn’t done a single pull-up since then either.
Not bad for my first time back.
Struggled at the end but you’re suppose to struggle.

This is such a transitional year, it better be for you too,lock in!

This very moment, in particular, is the most incredible feeling I’ve ever experienced. Before his birth, everyone kept asking me how I felt, and I always replied with a mix of excitement, fear, nervousness, disbelief, and now, as he’s here, whenever he looks at me, with his mothers eyes🙌🏾, an overwhelming wave of joy takes over. 🥲

Side Note: at this moment in the video it’s 3:45am & he won’t go the f🤬 to sleep 😂
