1 week to go till the TCS London Marathon!!

Just ran my last long run before the big day next Sunday. The view of the city from Greenwich park never disappoints on a beautiful day like today 🌞
I’ve got a few niggles in my old skater legs, but nothing I shouldn’t be able to push through. I’ve really enjoyed this running training and i’m definitely in some of the best shape I’ve ever been. Going to be a fun day!

Thank you so much everyone for your kind donations! I’m overwhelmed by the support I’ve had through all of this. What a crazy journey it’s been. I will to have set some new challenges for after the marathon 💪🏻

If you would like to donate, my fundraiser can be found here : https://www.justgiving.com/page/andy-spary-2?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL

London Landmarks half marathon tomorrow! And only two weeks till the London marathon 🥳🥳

Thanks everyone who has donated so far! What a journey it’s been to get here, but I’m feeling strong, fit and ready. 💪🏻

10 and a half months ago I was bed bound after bowel cancer surgery. Thankfully I had a great support network around me - amazing friends and family to help me through this time and back on the road to recovery. Some people don’t have this though. That’s why charities such as @trekstock are so important, as they are there for young people who are struggling with cancer. They offer support at a time when it’s needed most! ❤️

If you would like to make a donation, you can by using this link : https://www.justgiving.com/page/andy-spary-1?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL

Running in Morocco is no joke 🥵 Some altitude work in the Atlas mountains and running in the winds of Essaouira… Looking forward to some easier work in Agadir this weekend, but got my 19 mile training run on Sunday 🫣😂

Please help me raise money for my half marathon and marathon next month in London. I’m running for @Trekstock. They’re an incredible charity who help young people who are going through cancer.

The link for my fundraiser is in my bio… or also here -

First proper run event complete - Tunbridge Wells half marathon ✅
A hilly little number, but really fun cutting through the Kent countryside. Perfect training run to figure out hydration and energy levels too.
My training plan is on track, but I’m heading into uncharted territory with the distance on my long runs. Just got to take it steady.
Crazy to think 9 months ago I was only just learning to walk properly with my new ass 🍑😆
The human body is so incredible. The power to heal and the resilience of the mind to keep pushing. I can’t wait to see how things continue over the next year! 💪🏼

World Cancer day was on Wednesday!

Sadly, more and more young people are being diagnosed with cancer and it is becoming far more common than it should be. It is an awful disease that can not only cause devastating effects to the body, but it can make you feel down, depressed and lost in life.

Getting a cancer diagnosis shouldn’t bring you down though! With the advancements of technologies and treatments cancer is becoming far easier to detect, and more importantly, much easier to beat!! Also, there are great support networks out there and charities such as @trekstock who help young people who are dealing with cancer.

One of the key things I did during and after my treatment was to keep active. I’ve always enjoyed exercise and over the years I’ve got quite into strength training in the gym and running outdoors. I thoroughly believe that these two things helped me hugely in beating cancer. Now I’m not saying you have to lift super heavy weights or run a marathon for it to work and I think you should always listen to your body, but the simple act of just moving your body is so beneficial to helping you, not just physically, but mentally too. This helped me to maintain a positive outlook through out my treatment and feel like I was more in control.

I definitely have to say how lucky I am to have such amazing friends and family too! @amyspencer you are the best!! ❤️ Thank you for looking after me!

Now to trade in the hospital stockings for my running shoes and get some training done!! London half marathon and marathon booked in for April 🥳💪🏻

If you can spare anything at all for my fundraiser to @Trekstock it would be amazing!! (Link in bio)

Thank you everyone who has donated so far!! ❤️❤️❤️

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
