One week since Houston—and I’m still feeling it
.
Every time we go to a race, we always try to keep our goals realistic:
Be better than ourselves, not anyone else.
Leave it all on the floor
When you step across the finish line, know in your heart there was nothing more you could have given
.
With over 2000 teams in our category, we had no clue how we’d measure up. Well, it’s safe to say I’m still so proud of what @xo_kym and I gave on that race course
.
17th out of 2097 teams
3rd in our AG
An average run pace of 4:22
.
Now time to get back to work - those 🥈 flags won’t earn themselves 😉

From our first year in Houston—racing in little old Hall C—to our third season, with HYROX taking over Halls A, B, and C and more than 17,000 athletes hitting the course… it’s safe to say things have grown.

Third time in Houston.
Third podium of the season. 😈💪

Hyrox Phoenix did not disappoint! We went into this one excited to try something different, and when a last minute change with a teammate needing to step out took place, I was reminded why I love this sport and the community it creates
To everyone who lit fires to help us search for a replacement that Sunday morning, thank you!!! And of course, many thanks to @colelearnfor putting us in touch with @lindsayybessegato who jumped in last min and absolutely dominated, it was awesome getting to race with you!

The last race of 2025
Even sick, I really loved this one. The course was amazing, the other competitors were crazy good, and I got to see friends achieve big things.
As a team we found PRs aplenty, ended 6th in our age group, and 20th overall out of 800+ teams… it’s safe to say the weekend feels like a huge success
2026, we’re coming coming for you💪

Not gonna lie, de-loads are sometimes harder to do than the training days. I needed it, but gosh darn, Im so happy to be back to training.
Here’s staying hungry, happy and healthy for this next block, and getting back out there soon 😈

Hard to believe this was almost two weeks ago! This was our first race back after an off season of injuries, barely any time training together, and me going back to school full time for my primary care paramedics course (hello 4am solo training days 🙂‍↕️)
Despite all that, both @xo_kymand I were determined that we wanted the first race of the season to be a statement for how we wanted our season to go. We worked hard to craft our own programming for ourselves, and in my eyes, that time investment paid off.
🥉 in our AG
17th/ 1189 teams.
Are we happy? Heck yes….But now we’re also hungry for more, and the good news is that our race season is just getting started 😈

Do things that make you happy.
.
I think that’s really all there is to this race. We went into it knowing it wouldn’t be what we’d expected it to be, that some pretty big injuries this training season would still be at play, and that it could end up being a DNF.
And while it’s not the finishing time we’d hoped for when we booked Houston, given everything that happened leading up to this race, I am beyond happy with the result. I mean,15th out of 800+ teams is pretty darn ok 😂
.
Here’s to the best, most gritty racing partner @xo_kym , and our amazing Hyrox mom @bevmb (who writes the most fantastic hype up speeches!!)
.
Now it’s time to heal up, and get ready for all the races to come 😈💪

I don’t really do the whole new year resolution thing, but scrolling through my camera roll was a realization that I also do a pretty poor job of celebrating my wins. In the past few years I’ve started to keep myself to myself, and I’m starting to see that it’s an easy path from staying humble to just being closed off to the world.
.
I did a lot of neat things over the last two years, things I’m super proud of, and looking back I wonder why I never shared 🤷🏻‍♀️
.
I pursued a dream andtook my Firefighter training - I’m NFPA certified as a Level 1/2 Firefighter 👩‍🚒 (and will be doing my PCP hopefully this year!)
.
Officially launched @refeednutritionwith @kari.kinnear
.
Ran my first half marathon (suuuuper sick and drugged to the gills, but still did it😂👌) and got to run a 5km right after with the other amazing GoodLife Regymen coaches and members
.
Had fun with my CF community@barracksfitness and hit some new PRs, as a coach and as a participant. Ps @asmharle the chickens were probably the highlight of the year
.
Got to throw down with @vasyl_volosyanko at the Canmore crusher (we will be doing that one again💪)
.
Traveled to some pretty awesome places and got to see friends that I hadn’t seen in years
.
And of course, fell in love with a sport called Hyrox and lucked out with the best racing teammate @xo_kym
.
I guess this is the long winded way of saying that it’s so easy to get focused on all the things we aren’t, sometimes it’s hard to remeber what amazing things we are.
.
Hopefully this helps me remind myself 🤞

I don’t really do the whole new year resolution thing, but scrolling through my camera roll was a realization that I also do a pretty poor job of celebrating my wins. In the past few years I’ve started to keep myself to myself, and I’m starting to see that it’s an easy path from staying humble to just being closed off to the world.

October 2023: I thought 3km was too far to run, and I was struggling to find my love for life and fitness. Then I had the luck of being asked by @xo_kym if I ever would want to do something called a Hyrox race with her, and I will forever be grateful for whatever caused her to ask me
.
I get emotional when I think about it - life was going a little off the rails from where I’d thought I’d be; I was showing up physically, but completely checked out mentally and really not sure what I was working towards in either of those areas.
.
Training for our race started to give focus to my workouts, and brought clarity back into my days. And compeating….I had somehow forgotten just how much I loved and lived for it.
.
To say I am proud of how far we’ve come as a team would be a massive understatement (6th out of 594 teams?!! 🤯) And while I might get a little obsessive about chasing a podium (sorry Kym!) I always try to ground back to what really matters
.
It’s amazing to feel powerful and strong in my body
.
I’m so lucky to be able to choose to do this
.
I have the best people and community supporting, encouraging and cheering us on, and I am beyond grateful for every message and person who reached out, it meant more than words can say 🫶
.
And of course, my favourite…..
.
This is only the beginning 😈
.
.
Many thanks @fansherfitness for jumping in to help bring focus and precision to our workouts, to @barracksfitness for letting me use their space for some rediculiously long workouts and of course getting to coach there with such an awesome community, and @regymentrinityhills for being such a dynamite team that supports us as we chase these dreams. 🫶🫶🫶

Excited
To be in that start tunnel again and to feel that electric energy building around you and know you’re about to put yourself to the test
.
Nervous
Not sure who will be there, how your plan will go..
.
Ready
Knowing you’ve trained as much as you can, you’ve put in the sweat, and now all that’s left is to get to work

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
