Transparency is a form of care and we’re asking the beauty industry to mobilize in advocacy and allyship before the senate votes this Thursday to push further funding that invests in ICE🧊.
In case you weren’t already aware, salon owners and beauty professionals were encouraged to support the Professional Beauty Association’s campaign for, “no tax on tips”, and to contact local representatives without being fully informed that it was part of the “One Big Beautiful Bill”🤢, which also funds ICE.🧊
The One Big Beautiful Bill also includes policy choices that impact food access, healthcare, HIV care, immigrants, elders, and LGBTQ+ 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️communities.
When this lack of disclosure was raised against the Professional Beauty Association (PBA), it was framed as, “the vehicle needed” to get the 45B FICA Tip Tax Credit passed without accountability or transparency of how it was getting passed...(details via our link🔗in bio).
This isn’t about blame.
It’s about informed consent and values-aligned advocacy.
Help us mobilize against further funding by following our activation steps by swiping👉. Also you can view links 🔗in our bio to find and contact your senator and the PBA.
This isn’t a time for performative allyship, we need planned action.
Call your senators, call the PBA and help us advocate for a better country.

I became a 💕Redken Artist in 2016 and could have never imagined the career I ended up having at L’Oreal for almost 10 years! ✨From facilitating classes in San Diego ☀️to moving my life to NYC 🗽 to educate full time and then to LA 🌴to open the very first PPD L’Oreal Academy. I will forever be grateful for all of the beautiful humans 🫶🏽 I met along the way and the impactful work we did together. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🖤🖤🖤
Cheers to endings and new beginnings. 🥂
Stay tuned for what’s next for me…😉
So incredibly PROUD to have organized L’Oreal West’s vibrant presence at this years LA Pride Parade! 🏳️🌈 From meticulous planning to seeing our team march with such pride, it was truly fulfilling.
Grateful for the chance to champion inclusion and celebrate with my LGBTQIA+ community! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I had the honor of being on the DEI Taskforce to bring the very first PPD DiversABILITY Artist Training on June 27th and 28th, 2024 at the L’Oreal ProLAB in Los Angeles! This groundbreaking event brought together 30 PPD Brand Artists, ProLAB Team Members, SalonCentric Beauty Gurus, and Store Teams for two days of immersive learning and connection, all focused on deepening understanding and allyship within the Disability community.
I can’t begin to explain the impact this training had on me and so many others. Once you watch this video you’ll feel all the emotions we all felt and continue to feel.
I want to thank the entire team who made this training possible @erica.purposefully @martiniquecreech @adriana_serrano_pro @redken_regional_educator @prestontheartist @tara_abramowicz as well as the Artist who joined the training and continues to put inclusion on the forefront of their business and lives!
This is just the beginning of PPD DEI’s ongoing commitment to creating a more accessible and welcoming beauty industry for all. This training was a powerful reminder that inclusivity is not just a box to be checked, but an ongoing journey of learning, growth, and action. By embracing diverse perspectives and experiences, the beauty industry can truly become a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered. 🫶🏽💥🙌🏾💚
Special shoutout to @mowglisworks for making this beautiful video and capturing the true essence of what this training was all about and the impact it left on all of us. You are magical! ✨✨✨
Happy Pride Month!! 🌈 What a great day walking in LA pride with @lorealprolab @lorealusa !🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ #loveislove
Redken brought the ENERGY ⚡️. Check out why @redken Artist love ❤️ProLAB and Education so much!
What does EDUCATION mean to you? Let us know in the comments! 🫶🏽
I am still in awe ✨✨from @thetextureofchange training we did in Chicago in the beginning of this month. Thank you 🙏 for everyone’s dedication to making change in our industry!! Please listen/read the video and help us make the change by signing the petition in my bio!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
