I’ve been painting and drawing older ladies a lot this past year, but this one’s a favorite. She’s vibrant, and I love the texture the oil pastel gives her, but there’s a darkness there too — a kind of sternness that makes you feel like she’s not someone you’d try to fool. #portraiture

I chatted with the unstoppable queen @kathygriffin this week. She’s never been one to shy away from speaking out on the issues she cares about and we covered a lot of ground! Including, obviously, her thoughts on #heatedrivalry.
