Ben Barnes
Utah Jazz/Utah Mammoth Sr. Brand Director

Today it became official. Almost five years ago I was approached with a once-in-a-lifetime design challenge. Multiple meetings on Capitol Hill, rounds of feedback and revisions, hours of collaboration with Mark Brooks, Sarina Ehrgott, Daniel McCay and many, many others - including rounds of public submissions from people across the state - have led to today. I’m proud and lucky to have been involved in the creation process of our new Utah state flag.

A long and winding road to get where we are today with the Jazz, and I’m lucky to say I was able to be a part of it. As a life-long fan, it just feels right to see the Jazz in purple again.
What makes this one even more special is that my son was able to participate in the shoot. That part I’ll remember forever.
Shouts to the entire marketing department on the launch, including but not limited to @chrisgeorge05 @ekpappas @carsonstevenson @evanrichards @joshjoonlee @kevincharlesr @stocktonbermingham @jaboocarroll @bret.lund @shum.pdf @em_sturt @kylie_nicole_larsen @ellmortensennn @victoriastark @matthewkukuk @eva_cake_ @t.mia.a @angietreasure @gabbyhundman @cassiebatinich @carolinejoklein @littleduno @doubledayandcartwright and many others!
Excited for what’s next for this team!

As the Atlanta Hawks fight their way through the Eastern Conference Playoffs, I thought it would be fun to share the work I was fortunate enough to create with RARE Design for the Hawks nearly 12 years ago. Atlanta’s leadership at the time did not shy away from experimentation and being bold. We helped permanently bring back the “Pac-Man” logo, created a custom hawk-feather pattern and custom type, and utilized a pop of “volt green” - a nod to the Hawks branding from the 1970s. Ultimately with an ownership change the organization moved away from this look, but I will always look back at this revamp with fondness.

Cheering on the Hornets as they battle for the final Eastern Conference Playoff spot! 13 years ago I was able to work with RARE Design and Jordan Brand to help bring the Hornets brand back to Charlotte with an updated visual identity, uniform system, and court design. One of my all-time favorite projects to be a part of.

With NBA All-Star right around the corner, here’s a throwback to the logo for the 2017 game that I worked on with RARE Design. Released 10 years ago this month, the logo unfortunately never got used outside of some promo items, but I was always pleased with how it turned out!

Tusky’s look wouldn’t be complete without some full-body support marks, right? Or a sweet new ride, for that matter. Great work @derrick.00 and @bradyhackmeister on the van design!

Tonight, the Jazz will debut their new 2025-26 Ciry Edition uniform. For this year’s uniform, Nike and the NBA launched a “Remix” campaign, which gave us the opportunity to bring back our first-ever City Edition uniform, but this time with a new twist. Instead of dark red-to-yellow gradient with red trim, we went with a black to cool gray gradient with sky blue trim, fitting in as a fun alternate to our new mountain purple, midnight black, and sky blue uniforms.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
