For the first time ever, Northern Ireland will be the main live location for the BBC’s Springwatch.
Based at the National Trust Crom on the shores of Lough Erne in County Fermanagh, presenters Chris Packham and Michaela Strachan will bring audiences across the UK three weeks of epic wildlife wonder.
With Chris and Michaela broadcasting live for three weeks from National Trust Crom, the series will be a celebration of our natural world aiming to captivate and inspire audiences from one of the UK’s most important conservation areas – and home to a diverse wealth of wildlife across its lakes, woodlands and islands.
And as always, audiences in Northern Ireland and across the UK will be encouraged to join the conversation and send in their own wildlife stories, films and questions to the programme.

Katie, a 21-year-old showjumper, died in 2020 and her death was initially treated as suicide.
But Katie had been groomed and killed by Jonathan Creswell, who was eventually charged with her murder but took his own life during the trial.
A review found "institutional misogyny" within the Police Service of Northern Ireland during its handling of the case.
