Run Yeti Run V2

Hybrid workflow and mixed media animation.

Started with a charcoal drawing of a monster. Scanned it and injected it into @comfyui with SDXL flavored model to iterate in the style of my drawing ref. Once the style was nailed, I trained a LoRa with a mix of synthetic generated images and original drawings.

Used the LoRa to Generate then some different poses of a walk cycle with the help of ControlNet (with open pose). Then generated a base video with StableDiff.

I wasn't quite convinced, so I moved to @runwayapp using a batch of generated images refs from using the custom LoRa. I finally had a good visual result with fluidity and consistency.

I selected a few ones and the comp in AE with the addition of handmade plates of noises from charcoal drawings.
