Therapeutic and cathartic - a photoshoot that repeatedly and constantly reminded me throughout the day of why I love doing what I do. The privilege of photo styling this project as I went felt less like work and more like play - with all the elements, decor, and fixtures fulfilling their role as the perfect canvas, paint colours, and brushes to create something that fulfils my own soul. What a joy. Special thanks to @helenfoukkare for the staging and styling. An awesome triumph of a home @villaalcyone ~ to steal a poetic phrase from @mpkelley_ ~ truly an exercise of Where Art Meets Architecture.

After a few weeks of questionable weather, we finally managed to get the job done. My second opportunity photographing this beautiful house from the teams @monsterideas @aurelienbersonconstruction @am_interior_studio - it was such a privilege to return, now that the gardens have truly matured and enhanced the entire character and personality of the home. Feeling blessed!

Fully restyled under the new owners’ vision, the home continues to evolve on Hamilton Hill. The vertical landscaping is maturing now, cascading against the sculptural concrete forms and softening the facade with every season.
