📌Chef Fabrizio Facchini is an Italian chef dedicated to preserving the authenticity of Italy’s rich culinary traditions. With international experience and a deep respect for regional ingredients and techniques, he brings genuine Italian cuisine and culture to every table.

Now based in New York, he has successfully opened Plado Tasting Bar in the East Village, L’Artista Italian Kitchen in Hamilton Heights, and previously Vitae Osteria in Astoria. Formerly executive chef for the renowned Cipriani Group, Chef Rizzo was also a finalist at the Food-Network Supermarket Stakeout.
📌Urbani Truffles, established in 1850 in Perugia, Italy, is widely considered the world’s most esteemed distributor of truffles and truffle products. With over 170 years of history, the family-owned business specializes in sourcing and distributing fresh truffles, mushrooms, and various gourmet truffle-infused pantry items. Urbani’s dedication to excellence permeates in their NYC Truffle Lab, where chefs and foodies gather for unforgettable and enriching cooking classes.
📌Clemente Bakery was founded by Donato Clemente in 1974, after he and his wife Anna Denora made the journey from Italy to the U.S. to seek out the American Dream. Through hard work, their family expanded the bakery with dedication to create the best Italian baked goods in the Tri-State Area. Best known for “Pane d’Altamura,” Clemente Bakery makes this artisan bread by hand and in brick ovens, and is just one of their many specialties.

Today we celebrate a historic milestone — Italian cuisine is now recognized as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage!
For me, this moment is deeply personal. In 2023, we organized the very first dinner supporting the UNESCO candidacy, and that night became the start of an incredible journey — filled with collaborations with chefs, artisans, producers, and so many people who represent the true spirit of Italian culinary traditions.

June 2025, was the last NYC Gala for UNESCO Candidacy of Italian cuisine and now one step away from being recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🔥
What a privilege each time to stand beside the incomparable Christopher Macchio — one of the finest Italian-American tenors of our time, celebrated for his rich, classically trained voice and his mission to bring Italian culture to the world stage. From representing Italy and supporting the candidacy of Italian cuisine for UNESCO heritage status at prestigious institutional events—organized by the Italian Trade Agency and the Italian Ministry of Agriculture—to performing at the White House as the official tenor of the President, Chris brings elegance, passion, and a true love for Italy and America to every performance.
He also recently appeared in the acclaimed film Cabrini, sharing the screen with Cristiana Dell’Anna, Giancarlo Giannini, Federico Castelluccio, and many other extraordinary actors, further showcasing his artistry beyond the stage.

If you ever find yourself in Umbria, you’ll come across one of the best cheese factories in the region. This is not just any place — it’s part of our history.
Our uncle, Walter Facchini, was one of the greatest master cheesemakers in Pecorino, Umbrian, and even ancient Etruscan styles.
