Marco Shuttle (EERIE, IT)

現常駐柏林，亦曾旅居倫敦的Marco，出生於鄰近威尼斯的特雷維索。15歲起即投身當地的地下音樂場景，擔任活動組織者，隨後便當上DJ。移居倫敦攻讀時裝設計，並活躍於倫敦夜店場景，同時兼顧設計師與音樂人的雙重身分。

憑藉其視覺藝術背景，Marco的音樂風格是建築於一套美學思維之上。除了Detroit Techno、Electro、Acid House等流派，他更深受更為抽象的聲響所啟發，涵蓋Spiritual Jazz、Noise、Industrial、Musique Concrete、American Minimalism、Contemporary Classic等多元領域。

無論選曲抑或音樂製作，均極具深度、抽象且充滿氛圍，其電影感的Techno聲響，有機而綿密——其精緻演繹把張力和細節層層疊起，引領聽眾共同踏上一段未境之旅。

2012年，他創立了自家廠牌 EERIE records，並於2014年底推出首張專輯《Visione》。此專輯廣獲好評，鮮明展現Marco具實驗性的面貌，使他在Techno舞曲以外的圈子，同樣得到注視。

Berlin and previously London based but born in Treviso, near Venice (Italy), Marco has been involved in the local underground club scene since he was 15, as a promoter and then as a DJ. After travelling to London to gain his MA in Fashion design at St Martin’s, he became involved in London’s clubbing scene as a DJ. juggling between his designer career and his music.

Owing to his more visual background, he considers his musical style to be constructed with an aesthetic approach. He has been deeply inspired, besides the classic influences like Detroit Techno and electro, acid house, and electro by more abstract sounds, ranging from Spiritual jazz, noise, industrial, musique concrete, american minimalism, contemporary classic, and more. His productions are usually very deep, abstract, atmospheric and often His cinematic techno sounds are unusually organic: they build pressure in subtle ways and his meticulous grooves never fail to take listeners on a trip to somewhere new and exciting.

2012 saw the launch of his own label EERIE records on which after a few ep’s by himself and other artists he released at the end of 2014 his first LP Visione, which was very well received and prominently showed his more experimental side gaining him recognition also outside the techno circuit.

5月長假期，cipher請來三位海外嘉賓，迎來本年首次雙headline陣容。

意大利出生的Marco Shuttle，在英國留學並琢磨DJ技藝，他自15歲起便當派對組織者及DJ，迄今俞廿多年經驗。以DJ/製作人身份，創立起獨具標誌性的叢林幻術之聲，並游走多國要點，包括Berghain、Fabric、Concrete、De School、Bassiani。

來自日本的YUTA，則是廠牌Liquid Drop Groove主理人，LDG的理念就是要創造出如漣漪般俐落清脆的聲音和場域。而是次細房陣容中，亦邀請了神戶市地下場景重要推手Bucco。兩位日本DJ會為是次派對，帶來不一樣的音色。

同時，我們繼續注視本地場景中，從選曲到說故事風格均別樹一幟的DJ，引領各位舞者步進種種音場裏的萬象森羅。

5月23日，秘密倉庫將幻變迷霧叢林。

For the May bank holiday, cipher has invited three international guests, marking the first double-headlining line-up of the year.
Born in Italy, Marco Shuttle honed his DJ skills whilst studying in the UK. He has been organising parties and DJing since the age of 15, boasting over twenty years of experience. As a DJ and producer, he has established a distinctive sound of tribal hypnosis and has performed at major venues across the globe, including Berghain, Fabric, Concrete, De School and Bassiani.

YUTA, hailing from Japan, is the founder of the label Liquid Drop Groove (LDG), whose philosophy is to create soundscapes as crisp and clean as ripples. For this event, we also invite Bucco, a key figure in the Kobe underground scene, to Room 2. Both Japanese DJs will bring distinct sonic textures to the night.

Meanwhile, we focus on the local scene’s DJs, whose distinctive styles—from track selection to storytelling—will guide dancers through the myriad realms of sound.

On 23 May, get ready for this sonic journey in a misty concrete jungle.

As a firm believer in storytelling, Dan’s sets are filled with suspense and payoff, darkness and light, with various sonic elements, such as minimal, industrial, tribal, sci-fi and psychedelic. For him, a DJ set is an ever-changing journey that transports people from one place to another. To express his versatile style and multifaceted soundscapes, he doesn’t confine himself in any particular genre and era. Yet, he always finds himself embracing those tunes and beats that have a cinematic and cosmic tone. Dan is also a resident of the techno collective - cipher.

Finsent C

Hong Kong artist Finsent C crafts DJ sets as fluid, hypnotic journeys into the deeper shades of techno. His musical path began behind the drum kit, a foundation that informs the rhythmic, immersive quality of his performances today. He perceives a set as a shared, ritualistic experience—one that requires patience and connection to unfold.

This philosophy is the core of his curated music project, Cipher, an outlet dedicated to crafting otherworldly sonic environments and showcasing the meditative side of electronic music. A staple of his hometown’s scene, Finsent has also carried his signature kinetic groove across the region, with notable appearances in clubs and venues throughout East Asia, steadily propagating deep, undulating soundwaves throughout the region’s underground circuit.

SEIRYŪ

An introduction to the refined elements of hypnotic techno signaled the start of a fresh musical phase, which builds upon a more London-centric foundation of sound. A torrent of psychedelic influences then led SEIRYŪ on a meandering path of increasingly expansive, esoteric, and ethereal techno and trance, which has since morphed into a penchant for faster yet more sonically stripped-back sounds. SEIRYŪ is a resident of the local techno collective, cipher, and Hong Kong is his adopted home.

對催眠Techno精緻元素的探索，標誌著SEIRYŪ全新音樂階段，其根基深植於倫敦為主的聲響體系。隨後一股迷幻浪潮引領SEIRYŪ踏上蜿蜒曲折的音樂路，選曲日趨宏大、奧秘且空靈，如今則偏好更快速、簡約的音景。SEIRYŪ是本地Techno collective －cipher的常駐成員，香港則是他的第二個家鄉。

Pierre Électrique

Pierre-Emmanuel, aka Pierre Électrique (or PE to those in the know), is a DJ, a kind of electric-type Pokémon, but a particularly demanding one. His technique showcases a collection brimming with singular tracks that navigate between minimal, indie rock, and tech house, crafting moments of carefree dancing.

When he‘s fired up, he uses trance and dark disco to create an atmosphere worthy of a horror film. Despite this, he always keeps a smile on his face and puts his heart into his work to make every set a unique experience. His latest podcast on the renowned Slovenian channel Just Us offers a glimpse into the strange universe of this curious character.

Pierre-Emmanuel，又名Pierre Électrique，既是位 DJ，也是頭如電幻般的小精靈，並且難以駕馭應付。他能以獨特的演出手法，讓一系列曲目，讓人耳目一新。遊走於minimal、indie rock與tech-house之間，營致力為舞池創造出盡情歡愉的時刻。

Bambi

Bambi, one of the driving forces of RIFF CHANGSHA, is also a weaver of parties, a curator of vibes, and a keen observer of the dance floor—also a seasoned spring-loaded mover in the heart of the crowd. Her sets feel like wind-up sonic toys—quirky, punchy, and always spinning a layer of haze along the edges of the groove, creating a trippy, dream-like soundscape uniquely her own.

The music she loves carries not only the bouncy, elastic textures of acid and psychedelic rhythms, but also the cosmic, sci-fi blur of electro, woven together with mechanical pulses and echoes of raw emotion. She excels at sourcing high-quality musical fragments across different stylistic dimensions, her radar-like sensitivity to the dance floor’s energy allowing her to swiftly tune into the crowd’s frequency. With an ever-fresh selection of tracks, she fuels every party with high-voltage momentum.
